Since ages from the past, Government jobs or colloquially
said Sarkari Naukri' jobs have intrigued many. Though there is a sea of people
who think otherwise and value private jobs way better than the government jobs.
Sarkari Naukri mainly implies government jobs that recruit
people directly via the government. Sarkari Naukri, engulfs in itself various
government bodies and their recruitment process.
Some of the government bodies that have recently given out
vacancies are such as CISF, LIC, UPSC, Vector Control Research Center, and most
government universities.
Amongst the Govt Jobs banner, the other most coveted section
is the Railways recruitment section. Every state has its own Railway
Recruitment Board'.
For example, the railway recruitment board for Mumbai,
Railway it is, is carrying out recruitment for Mumbai Division & HQ of
Western Railway, and Mumbai, Nagpur, Solapur, Pune, Bhusawal Division and HQ of
Central Railway, Nanded Division of South Central Railway and Nagpur Division
of South East Central Railway. Earlier RRB Mumbai (then Known as Railway
Service Commission) was located at Churchgate.
Government jobs in 2016 are on the top radar right now
because of primarily few reasons. Government jobs not only rank the highest on
the €job satisfaction quotient' but also come with a lot of benefits. For
example, there are medical coverage that is given not only to the employee but
also to the family members, then talking of LTC's, the employee gets travel
reimbursements and last but not the least, the employees old age is taken into
consideration and pension scheme therefore comes handy.
However, if we go by the popular debates, not every time an
employee gets drawn to a government job or a railway jobs for the same reasons,
working in a government jobs, also means working €for' the government, that
becomes a huge mark of honor for many such people.
India spectates thousands of people every year taking the
entrance examinations for all the government jobs, however due to stiff
competition in this sector, an average of only fifty percent of the total
number of people get to the organizations.
Jobs that have the highest takers are Public Service Commission Jobs, Air force, NDA jobs, SSC cleared jobs and then last but the
least the government school jobs.
Though this article does talk about sarkari naukri and
Railway Recruitment, there is no way undermining of the fact that even private
jobs, and working in MNC's have its own charm.
